Consulting work is many times the most challenging and rewarding work we do. We don’t start with the typical “Strategic Planning” stuff.

We do what we need to do to help the Leadership team have a clear mission, clear roles and clear tactics to develop leaders at all levels. This includes aspects of a strategic plan for sure. But the focus is on results. We work through the levels of the organization as necessary to support the vision and mission.

How do we do this? We work closely with C-Level personnel on “being who they want others to be,” a core principle of the Velocity Leadership methodology. We know that “being” or “who we are” is what gives our words and actions power. As Ghandi said, “We have to become the change we want to see.” This small, but significant change in perspective, is critical to engaging our people in way that taps into their natural desire to be part of something bigger than themselves – another core belief within the Velocity Leadership system. By doing this, we get people to be more involved, more engaged in their work. This is a critical step in creating any significant positive change within the organization.

Our process works in situations of hyper-growth, turnarounds, sustainable growth concerns and a myriad of situations in between. For us, it’s more about “who” the client is than their current situation, challenge or opportunity. We know we can make a difference with our consulting work provided that the leadership of the organization is open and willing to do what it takes.
